Hi, I'm Kasper Svenning

I created this site in 2026 to celebrate Danish designers—initially as a personal collection of the creatives I admire, and later as a curated showcase of Denmark’s finest designers.

Why I made it

It started as a list just for myself. Whenever I needed a great designer for a project, I did not want to rely on my own memory, so I began writing down the names of the Danish designers whose work I kept coming back to.

Denmark is a small country with an unreasonable amount of design talent, and a lot of it never shows up in the places you would think to look. Keeping track of it felt worth the effort.

Why it is public?

The list got too good to keep to myself, so I opened it up for everyone else to browse. Whether you are hiring, looking for inspiration, or just curious about who is doing great work in Denmark right now, it is all here.

It is still a personal, curated list rather than a directory. If you think someone belongs on it—or you would rather not be on it yourself—reach out through the menu in the top bar.
